Lee is the Principal Broker of River Realty Services, a position he has held since August 2008. He joined the firm in February 1994 and was appointed Managing Broker in December 2000, where he assumed responsibility for overseeing all real estate operations.

With over 30 years of experience in real estate, Lee leads River Realty’s Property and Asset Management division. Together with his team, he has directed the management, marketing, and successful disposition of more than 12,500 distressed and at-risk properties, representing well over a billion dollars in total sales volume.

Lee is widely recognized as a leader in the distressed asset and REO space. He is a founding member of New York State REO Brokers (NYSREO) and a longtime member of National association of Default Professionals (NADP) fka REO Managers of California (REOMAC), with over 25 years of involvement. He is also an active member of US REO Partners, National REO Brokers Association (NRBA), the Certified Distressed Property Institute (CDPI), and numerous other industry organizations.

He holds the CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) and DMS (Default Management Specialist) designations, along with extensive specialized training across all facets of real estate and asset management.

In addition to his professional work, Lee is actively involved in charitable initiatives throughout the Hudson Valley.
